We manufacture metal enclosures for technological solutions such as interactive kiosks, pedestrian and vehicular access systems, ATMs, and custom projects. We specialize in the metal structures that house and protect our clients' technological components.

Do the kiosks include screens or electronic devices?

Accepted Answer

No. Our products consist solely of the metal structure (chassis and enclosure). They do not include electrical installation or electronic devices, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

What materials do they use in manufacturing?

Our enclosures are manufactured from cold-rolled steel, generally in 16 and 18 gauge depending on the model. The finishes are achieved with electrostatic powder coating in either smooth, glossy white or micro-textured black, guaranteeing durability and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

How is the anchoring done?

The kiosks have a floor anchoring system using ½” screws and optional levelers, depending on the model and customer requirements.

What guarantee do they offer?

We offer a 1-year structural warranty for manufacturing defects in welds or metal structure, starting from the date of delivery.

Plastic accessories and locks have a limited warranty according to the manufacturer's conditions.
This does not apply to damage caused by improper handling or transport.

Do they manufacture outside of Colombia?

We manufacture 100% in Colombia and currently have a commercial presence in countries such as Panama and Costa Rica.
